Carmine Rodi Falanga
Carmine is a trainer, facilitator, and consultant from Napoli, Italy, currently based in Prague. Since 2002, he has been deeply involved in European youth work and education, building a diverse career as a journalist, author, and blogger. Alongside his work in these fields, Carmine also performs as a stand-up comedian and is a qualified psychotherapist, specialized in the Pesso-Boyden approach. Over the past 20 years, he has collaborated with numerous public bodies, NGOs, educational agencies, and businesses. His expertise spans communication skills, public speaking, humor, intercultural understanding, conflict management, personal development, rites of passage, and most recently he is experimenting by adding AI tools to his toolbox. Carmine is passionate about using storytelling, comedy and humor, and game-based learning tools to ignite learning and personal growth.

Lucie Příšovská
Lucie has dedicated her life to education as a trainer, facilitator, soft skills teacher, and methodologist. She holds a Master’s degree in Teaching Languages and a qualification in Drama in Education. She is finishing her studies in Carrer Guidance. Her primary focus is on teacher’s personal and professional development on one side and classroom atmosphere and creating brave learning spaces on the other side. Drawing from her experience with the theatre group Letajici divadlo na koleckach, which centers on social inclusion, as well as her involvement in facilitating and training educators all around Europe, Lucie creates dynamic and impactful educational experiences. Her latest passion, Theatre of the Oppressed, fuels her work in education, activism, and human rights, where she explores its powerful applications.
Bára Rodi
Bára is an experienced trainer, facilitator, medical doctor, and psychotherapist based in Prague, with more than 15 years of experience in education. She studied medical faculty and a 5- year long psychotherapy training. She works with schools, universities and companies on all topics related to health and wellbeing: stress management, burnout prevention, nutrition, sleep, psychological first aid, emotional support etc. She is the author of very popular Teacher Academy course Stress Relief and Wellbeing for Teachers. She is passionate about interactive education and non-formal education methods. She further honed her trainer skills through the prestigious Training of Trainers (ToT) program organized by Salto in 2010/11 and has been actively involved in international youth work ever since.
Łukasz Kosowski
Łukasz, born in Chrzanów, Poland, now resides and works in Prague. With an MA in Orientalism, he pursued PhD studies delving into cultures, International Relations, and colonialism. Łukasz has undergone extensive training in pedagogy, andragogy, academic teaching, and non-formal education, and has taught in both formal and non-formal settings. His research has been showcased at national and international conferences across Poland, Iraq, and Malaysia. In addition to his academic endeavours, he has thrived in corporate environments, with three years of HR experience and another three years in corporate sales, where he also contributed to the company’s Sustainability team. Currently, Łukasz channels his creativity into photography and writing. A passionate traveller, gamer, and tennis enthusiast, he enjoys blending his hobbies with his mission to impart knowledge and help others grow.
Debbie Liebenberg
Debbie is a trainer, teacher, writer and professional speaker from South Africa. After obtaining degrees in Journalism & Media studies and Linguistics, she worked as a journalist and publication designer in South Africa. In 2012 she began teaching English in Prague while continuing to work as a freelance writer for various local publications. As an award-winning speaker and internationally accredited coach, Debbie enjoys helping others improve their public speaking skills through her own company Speak Up With Debbie. She is also the founder of Scribbles & Giggles, a creative writing group that has been active since 2015 in Prague. Debbie is passionate about stories in all forms and strongly believes in learning through having fun.
Nicole Adelman
Nicole is a teacher trainer based in Prague with a rich background in theatre, communication, and leadership. Born and raised in Chicago, she studied politics and theatre in Washington before graduating from New York University with a focus on Classics, 20th Century Drama, and Performance Writing. Her passion for using theater as a vehicle for social and political change has shaped her career as a professional leadership facilitator, actor, voice-over artist, producer, director, and activist. Nicole has been living in Prague since 2015, where she became the Artistic Director of CATNIP Divadlo in 2016 and founded Hard To Be Human, a public speaking and leadership training agency, in 2018. Certified in Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead program since 2021, Nicole focuses on empowering non-native English speakers, young learners and promoting intercultural communication.
Anna Mayfat
Anna is a project manager, game designer, facilitator, and an experiential learning enthusiast. She started her path at the early age of 16 by leading summer activities for teenagers. Since then, she changed her career several times and gained experience in both the private and NGO sectors. Now she works as an HR consultant and facilitator of soft skills. Her passion is using game-based methods and gamification for learning including board games, escape games, outdoor games and live action role play (LARP). She is also a certified LEGO Serious facilitator and is exploring the beauty of integrating this method in spheres from teaching to human resources.
Robert Avakian
Robert is the lead Prague city guide from our team. He is also a facilitator, storyteller, and project manager originally from the USA, based in Prague since 2014. His studies were focused on international development and human rights, and he began project management and coordination in 2005 for small community based projects focused on youth empowerment, business development, and suicide prevention in suburban communities, university campuses, and small towns in the United States, Mexico, and Armenia. He is currently in Prague developing game-based learning and storytelling activities. He has a passion for game design, history, music, language, and culture, and often uses these skills and interests as learning tools when leading groups either in the city streets or in the classroom.
Katarína Kubečkova
Katarina is a professional illustrator, HR manager, children’s book writer, and comedian. Born in Slovakia, she has been living in Prague for 15 years. Katarina has master’s degree in literature and an MBA in leadership and HR, mainly focusing on people development and coaching. She started to participate in volunteering programs focused on community development and culture during university and continued during her work with programs focused on language teaching in Japan and Mexico. As a professional comedian, she has experience with public speaking and use of humor in presentations and storytelling. In 2018 she passed a professional life coaching course and she has been utilising coaching methods in her work since. She works on projects focused on development of teams, talent, creativity and illustration. She has a passion for literature, mythology and how it shapes us, visual arts, movies, and board games.
