Carmine Rodi Falanga

Carmine is a trainer, facilitator and consultant from Napoli, Italy. He currently lives in Prague. Active in European youth work and education since 2002, he has experience as a journalist, author and blogger; currently is active as a stand-up comedian and is a psychotherapist in training (following the Pesso-Boyden approach). During his 17 years of experience, he has worked for a vast number of public bodies, NGOs, educational agencies and businesses. His main areas of focus are communication skills, public speaking, the use of humor, intercultural understanding, conflict management, personal development, rites of passage. He loves to use storytelling techniques, outdoors experiences and game-based learning tools to activate learning processes.

Lucie Příšovská

Lucie has been involved in the education field all her life – as a trainer, facilitator,language and soft skills teacher and methodologist. She has a Master’s degree in Teaching languages and a qualification in Drama in Education. Her main focus has been personal and professional development through theatre techniques,voice work and verbal expression. In the projects, Lucie brings in her experience from theatre group Letajici divadlo na koleckach (focusing on social inclusion), experimental singing and work with her voice altogether with creative attitude towards all sorts of education.
Her latest passion is Theatre of the Oppressed and its application in education, activism and human rights.


Robert Avakian

Project manager, facilitator, and storyteller. Originally from New Jersey, USA, currently based in Prague. Robert’s studies were focused on International development and human rights, and has worked in some capacity on many varied international development projects of varying sizes. He began project managing in 2005 for small community based projects focused on youth empowerment and youth suicide prevention in suburban communities, and continued this work on university campuses and small towns in the United States and in Armenia until 2014. He is currently in Prague focusing on developing game-based learning and storytelling activities such as training soft-skills and story-telling techniques. He has a passion for board games, history, music, and culture, and often uses these skills and interests as learning tools in his projects and facilitation.


Bára Rodi

Bára is a trainer, facilitator, medical doctor and project manager based in Prague with 15 years of experience in the field of non-formal education. Bára always liked to organise people and events - she started very young as a scout leader. During her volunteering experience in Copenhagen, Denmark, she discovered her enormous passion for interactive and out-of-school learning. Since 2007 she is a member of the Pool of Trainers of Czech National Agency of Erasmus+/ Youth in Action. In 2010/11 took part in Training of Trainers (ToT) organised by Salto and is active in international youth work ever since. Her favorite topics are: graphic facilitation, storytelling, media education, nature-based methods and everything related to health and wellness.
