We will get back to you as soon as we can with the booking confirmation and payment info. Note that the room must be paid in full 2 weeks before your booking. You can cancel your booking free of charge until 2 weeks before the booking, later cancellation will incur a 50% penalty fee.

The office is located at the Rosmarin Business Centre, Dělnická 8, Prague 7 - Holešovice. It's a 5-minute walk from the nearest tram stop (Dělnická) or a 15-minute walk from the nearest metro station (Vltavská). Prague is very well-connected via public transport and generally safe to walk around any time of day. If you're driving, paid street parking is available in the purple zone outside the building for maximum 1 day. For longer or more secure parking we recommend the parking garage of the nearby Centrum Stromovka shopping mall.

Each room is equipped with a large smart TV with HDMI, sound system, high-speed Wi-Fi, whiteboard, and flipcharts with markers. You also get access to a terrace and a well-equipped kitchen with basic refreshments. Tea and coffee are included. Our snack corner offers healthy snacks and drinks for a small fee, and you get access to the office building canteen in its opening hours (7:30-15:30).

Holešovice is an up-and-coming neighbourhood full of authentic life and culture. Feel free to enjoy local cafés, restaurants, the Holešovice market, the nearby Stromovka park, DOXX gallery, or cross the footbridge over to the Karlín district for even more. All our offices are non-smoking, however, smokers can take advantage of a smoking area on our outdoor terrace.
